CLIENT GUARANTEES AND RIGHTS OF THE OPERATOR AND THE HOTEL WITH REGARDS TO RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS. NO SHOWS. From November 1 to December 21, 2020 and May 01 to October 31, 2021 Cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival and no show, a penalty corresponding to 50% of the total stay is applied as cancellation fees. From December 22, 2020 to January 3, 2021 Cancellations made between 15 and up to 8 days before arrival, a penalty corresponding to 50% of the total stay will be applied as cancellation fees.
