“Stunning Vistas in Viñales” Tour

Description:

The Valley of Viñales, is the ideal place to contemplate and admire the beauty of the Cuban landscape. It's placed in a small rural locality of the province of Pinar del Río, stands out for possessing the plantations of the best tobacco of the world and the major system of cave of Cuba.

This excursion is full of contrasts since it proposes to know Viñales of a different way: the plain and the mountain range, the cultural and the natural thing, the traditional thing and the spectacularity of this landscape without equal.

Program:

• Departure from Viñales by car or taxi to the Valley. Once in the place we will meet the local farmers and learn about their crops and working methods.
• We will visit a farm where we will learn some secrets of the world of tobacco.
• We suggest that you take a walk through small trails, in the hills and forests of the place. These trails are different from the traditional hiking trails and will allow you to look out over natural viewpoints that will leave you stunned as you contemplate more than three different valleys and a view of the sea that is almost impossible to see from other places. Without a doubt, you will live the adventure of getting to know the real Viñales beyond what most people manage to see.
• We conclude the tour walking along the Jutía Valley, of singular beauty, until we take the car back to Viñales.

Option: At the end you can have lunch at the agro-ecological farm, a unique place for its beauty and quality of traditional food, where all the fruits, tubers and vegetables are grown naturally. Price of lunch: 10 CUC per person.

Very important notes:

• This excursion is not made in the rainy season as it is quite difficult and somewhat dangerous.
• If the client chooses the excursion without transportation included, he will have to pay an extra supplement of local transportation in order to access the sites to be visited which are distant from each other. From 1 to 3 pax: 10.00 cuc (per car), from 4 to 6 pax: 20.00 cuc (per car), from 7 to 9 pax: 30.00 cuc (per car).
