The Gran Muthu Almirante Beach Hotel with 515 rooms and a Five Star level will be inaugurated “shortly” at the beach of Guardalavaca, the main beach resort in eastern Cuba, according to local media in the province of Holguin.

The new facility will have as a distinctive feature at its highest point a lookout bar available to its guests from where you can see one of the most internationally renowned Cuban beaches, very close to Cayo Bariay, site where Grand Admiral Christopher Columbus landed by first time in the largest of the Antilles, in October 1492.
