BOOKING & CONFIRMATION:DIRECT/ONLINE BOOKING:
You shall be able to book directly and make an online payment on AVAILABLE services. Bookings must be confirmed when the service requested is tagged as CONFIRMATION REQUIRED. This shall be subject to the booking date and to the availability of the service suppliers.REQUEST/Email:
When the service is tagged as CONFIRMATION REQUIRED (ON REQUEST), with its ensuing need for confirmation, you must request via email. The answer shall be subject to the booking date and to the availability of the service suppliers.CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT:
Booking confirmation means the service you requested has been already booked. You shall receive a reply email within 24 hrs., providing the necessary instructions for online payment if the service has been confirmed.
Upon submitting your reservation for an AVAILABLE service, you are due to carry out the online payment at the time you are booking. If your request REQUIRES CONFIRMATION, the online payment must be made within 72 hrs. after receiving a CONFIRMATION reply email.
Once booking confirmation, either DIRECT/ONLINE or REQUEST/Email, has been received and the total amount for such service paid, the website shall redirect you to a page where you shall be able to download and print your booking VOUCHER. Additionally, an email shall be sent with details and customized INFO.
It is very important to have printed VOUCHERS for hotel accommodation and car rentals, which must be handed over to the service suppliers. For all other services, such as transfers, domestic flight tickets, tours, excursions, etc., you shall receive the documentation required directly from our representative upon your arrival.
BOOKING CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES:
- If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 2 days before arrival, NO fee will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
The baseline date to calculate deductions shall be the day when annulment of services is received on our end. Therefore, in the event of partial or total cancellation of services, immediate notification must be served.
Last-minute additions shall be accepted with no fee to be paid, provided it shall not cause any major adjustments to the service bookings that have been confirmed.
If the last-minute additions cause any major adjustments to the confirmed service bookings and we are in a position to guarantee and confirm the new request, we shall then make arrangements for the fee to be paid through common consent, taking into account any consequences of managing the booking changes.UNUSED TOUR SERVICES & ACTIVITIES:
We shall not be held responsible for any unused portions of your trip or tour services and shall not refund any money. Failure to redeem the tour components as per the pre-arranged times may result in the loss of that tour component and no money shall be refunded.INSURANCE:
We recommend that all passengers purchase their travel insurance at the time of booking, since we shall not be held responsible for health problems, unforeseen circumstances that travelers may engage in, or for damaged or lost baggage.HOTEL OVERBOOKING:
In the event that a hotel refuses to honor your reservation, the only responsibility shall be to relocate the passengers in other hotels of the same category or in upgraded accommodations without compensation of any kind.FORCE MAJEURE:
Any unpredictable, inevitable events starting after the booking confirmation date, and beyond our control or that of our clients, shall be considered force majeure.
We shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, damage, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, to the traveler and/or traveling companions or group members, resulting from events beyond our control or that of a supplier, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, uprisings, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts of restraints imposed by government authorities.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to procure, at his/her own expense, all the documentation required by the relevant authorities. Customs, airlines and immigration officials may deny a traveler’s entry into or departure from their country for any circumstances. We cannot be held responsible and shall not refund any money.
It is also the traveler’s responsibility to procure the relevant information for traveling, included but not limited to schedules, airlines and hotels.
