The Hotel Encanto Esmeralda is a colonial style boutique hotel, recently categorized as an Encanto hotel. Built in 1864, it had a rich history with a large number of former residents. It owes its name to its emerald green façade with a tendency towards the neoclassical. This intimate hotel has a very cozy interior courtyard that will make the stay of its visitors an unforgettable experience. After a major restoration, this 19th century building has come back to life, paying homage, with the decoration used, to a seamstress who lived there at that time, and thus maintaining the elegance that made it a facility with great heritage value. Its privileged location allows easy access to the most interesting places in the city center where it is located. The main square, the Art-Deco theatre, the art gallery and the historical exhibitions in the Provincial Museum are some of these places. A little further west you will find the Loma de la Cruz lookout point which offers spectacular views of the city.
