day 1 HAVANA.
Preparation and indications for the beginning of the tour, one day before we start our trip
- Accommodation in a cozy private house which has always been previously checked.
- Pick up at 9:00 am and presentation of the tour guide, this will be recognizable by the logo "Cubyke" that is present on your bike, shirt or cap.
- Departure to pick up the bikes.
- Brief introduction about the correct use of the bikes and their individual adjustment, according to your own physical characteristics.
- Explanation about the state of the streets and information about the functioning of the Cuban road traffic.
day 2 HAVANA.
Tour of the Cuban Revolution
- We will explore the historical sites related to the Cuban Revolution. We will visit museums, monuments, parks and fortresses.
- The first stop is the Museum of the Revolution, located in what used to be the Presidential Palace of the Republic of Cuba. It shows the most important historical events and processes that took place in the country from its first settlers to the present day, and focuses on the struggles waged by the Cuban people to achieve independence and maintain national sovereignty.
- As part of this museum we find the "Granma", which was the yacht on which 82 revolutionaries, led by Fidel Castro, arrived on the island in 1956 to begin the struggle for liberation.
- Afterwards, we will continue to the Anti-Imperialist Tribune, right in front of the United States Embassy, where Cubans have sung, jumped, shouted and proclaimed their reality to the world.
- We continue the tour towards the Plaza of the Revolution, along the way we will see the "Casa de Las Americas" and the Avenue of the Presidents, so called because on this avenue there are numerous monuments erected in honor of Presidents and fighters for the freedom of Latin America, such as Salvador Allende, former president of Chile, Simón Bolívar, fighter for the freedom of Venezuela among others.
- One of the things that characterize Cuba are the classic cars, true jewels of the 50's that still circulate in our streets. We invite you to visit a repair shop of this type of cars and learn the secrets of these marvelous cars.
- Another stop on the tour will be the birthplace of José Martí, a national hero, a Cuban of universal renown who went beyond the borders of the era in which he lived to become the greatest Hispanic-American political thinker of the 19th century.
- Return to the lodging place.
- We will show you how to load your e-bike, so you can have it ready for the next day.
- In the evening, salsa class and a nice dinner.
day 3 HAVANA.
Discover West Havana
- The route puts us in direct contact with the way of life in the western regions of the city.
- Departure at 9:00 am at the lodging towards the west of Havana.
- We will cross Miramar to visit the KCHO Museum, a social project sponsored by Google.
- We continue our journey and on the way we will pass through the distribution of the embassies until we arrive at Jaimanitas.
- Arrival to Fusterlandia, an architectural dream of José Antonio Rodríguez Fuster, a kind of Caribbean "Guell Park" in Havana.
- We continue our journey through Jaimanitas, towards the Hemingway Marina, the largest yacht facility in Cuba, named after the American writer Ernest Hemingway.
- We continue in the direction of Baracoa, during the trip we will be able to contemplate small beaches and the Latin American School of Medicine.
- We arrive at Baracoa, a fishing village, where we will enjoy a spectacular meal in one of our favorite restaurants.
- Free time in the village, with the opportunity to swim in its beaches and do some snorkeling.
- At the end of the trip we will return, making some brief stops to take a break.

day 4 HAVANA.
Tour dedicated to the Nobel Prize in Literature, Ernest Hemingway
- We will visit the places frequented by the writer and that served as inspiration for several of his novels.
- First stop: Hotel Ambos Mundos, where he lived during his first stay in Havana. Here he wrote Fishing Chronicles and the first chapters of the novel For Whom the Bell Tolls. The room that Hemingway always occupied has been converted into a small museum about the writer's life.
- Visit to the Finca Vigia on the outskirts of the city, his place of residence in Cuba from 1940 until his death in 1961.
- Then we will travel towards Cojímar, a fishing village east of the city, where he developed his love for the sport of fishing and it is here that the famous writer set his most famous novel: The Old Man and the Sea.
- At La Terraza de Cojímar, one of his favorite restaurants, we will enjoy the sea views and taste one or two delicious cocktails.
- Lunch in the Garden of Bavaria.
- At the end of lunch we will leave for the city to go through the Panamerican Village and stop at the Morro Fortress, a place that offers magnificent views of Havana and its Bay.
- We take the boat (Ferry) back that will take us to the other side of the Bay.
- We will finish the day at the famous bar, "Bodeguita del Medio", a place frequented by the writer where he tasted the famous Cuban Mojito. Here you can enjoy this cocktail while enjoying live music.
- Night free at your disposal, feel free to ask us for recommendations to enjoy the nightlife of the city!
day 5 HAVANA.
Discover East Havana
- The route puts us in direct contact with the way of life in the eastern regions of the city.
- Departure at 9:00 am at the lodging towards Regla, municipality of the city that has two compact urban settlements, formed by the communities of Regla and Casablanca, both very defined perimeter, center of the Santeria and old slave market.
- We will take the lacha (ferry) to cross to the other side of the Bay, since it is not allowed to pass through the tunnel of bicycles or motorcycles.
- In this place we will immerse ourselves in the world of the Afro-Cuban religion, imported by the African slaves, and you will also learn how the metropolis used to defend itself from attacks in the past.
- We will visit the church of Our Lady of Regla.
- Then we will travel in the direction of Cojímar.
- We will continue our journey to the Castle of the Three Kings of the Morro and the Fortress of San Carlos de la Cabaña, where you will have the opportunity to visit the Commandery of Che with its original furniture.
- Visit to the sculpture of El Cristo de La Habana, a majestic and colossal statue that is located at the entrance of the port of Havana, on the left, between the old fortress of San Carlos de la Cabaña and the town of Casablanca and from where you can enjoy magnificent views of the Capital.
- We take the boat (Ferry) back.
- Taste some specialties of the Cuban cuisine, renewing our strength for our final tour through Old Havana and the Malecón.
- After your second salsa class, we invite you to enjoy one of the most internationally recognized dance shows in Havana. We will make the trip in beautiful classic cars.
day 6 HAVANA.
Cuban Culture Tour
- The route puts us in direct contact with music, art, religion, universities and schools, industry, crafts, commercial and social projects in the context of socialism, the way it has been lived in Cuba for more than 60 years.
- Departure at 9:00 am from the accommodation.
- Enjoy a Cuban cooking and cocktail class while we prepare our own lunch and taste the famous Cuban rum. We will learn about Cuban regional products and Cuban cuisine.
- We will drive through areas of the city that tell a story. Many places have been characterized by Cuban artists, but also international ones, and you will be able to appreciate sculptures, paintings, graffiti of famous artists like the French Daniel Buren or the Cuban Salvador Gonzalez.
- Very important not all projects can be visited at all times, locations change frequently and especially visits to schools and universities must be coordinated in advance. If you are interested, we can also coordinate a visit to a tobacco factory, which is also quite interesting.
- Return to the place of accommodation
- Dinner and free night for your enjoyment.
day 7 HAVANA.
Tropical beaches, the Caribbean sun and the warm waters of the sea are waiting for us
- Departure at 9:00 am at the lodging towards the East Beaches of the city, they are the group of beaches that have different names, but could be considered as one called Blue Circuit.
- We will take the cyclobus or the ferry to cross to the other side of the Bay, because it is not allowed to pass through the tunnel of bicycles or motorcycles.
- From the town of Regla, we will head towards Guanabacoa, where we will visit the Municipal Museum, a place that treasures an important collection about local history and Afro-Cuban traditions.
- We will see the oldest car in Cuba.
- We will continue our journey towards the Eastern Beaches. Depending on the speed at which we travel, we will decide whether to take a bath in Santa Maria del Mar or in Guanabo.
- Free time to enjoy the beach.
- For lunch, you can enjoy fresh fish or lobster, order fresh fruit on your beach chair or eat a typical Cuban sandwich.
- At the end we will go back to Havana, passing through Tarará, Alamar, Cojímar and Casablanca.
- Return to the lodging place.
- Free night for your enjoyment.
day 8 HAVANA.
Departure day
- If you wish, we have an optional transport to take you to the international airport or we can also organize an individual transport to your next accommodation either in the city or in other regions of the country (price not included).
- We can also offer you other water activities (diving, snorkeling).
- We are always ready to listen to you if you want to enjoy the beach a little more, visit a museum or a theater or if you prefer to continue the tour in another vehicle; we will always try to be as flexible as possible and to adjust your stay according to your wishes.
