08.30 hrs pick up at hotel in Havana. Panoramic tour of Modern Havana starting the tour at the Plaza de la Revolución, the University of Havana and visit to the Community Cultural Project "Callejón de Hamel" which combines Afro-Cuban art and culture with the interaction of the neighbors of the town of Cayo Hueso. Transfer through the Havana Malecon to the Paseo del Prado, surrounded by notable buildings such as the Gran Teatro de La Habana and the Capitol of Havana. Continue the tour passing by the Havana Railway Terminal, considered a National Monument since 1993, until you reach the Alameda de Paula, the first seafront promenade of the Cuban capital built in 1777. Walking tour of the main squares: Plaza San Francisco de Asis, Plaza Vieja, Plaza de Armas and Plaza de la Catedral, where the most important buildings of the time are concentrated. Lunch at a local restaurant with 1 liquid. Visit to the exterior areas of the Palacio de la Artesanía, an old baroque style palace from the end of the XVIII century and visit to the Loma del Ángel neighborhood, with its cobblestone streets that inspired the writer Cirilo Villaverde in the XIX century in his famous novel "Cecilia Valdés" and scene of multiple shots of the film "Fast and Furious 8". day 3 Havana-Trinidad, Museum City

07.00 hrs. Departure to the city of Trinidad, third villa founded in 1514 under the name of the Holy Trinity that preserves its almost intact colonial architecture. Here you can learn about the colonial history of sugar production, the life and customs of the so-called Cuban Sacarocracy and its slave endowments. Arrival to the Ancon Peninsula, lunch, around 15.00 hrs. Departure from the Ancon Peninsula to the Historic Center of Trinidad, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. We will visit the Plaza Mayor, epicenter of the cultural and social life of the city. Visit to La Canchánchara Bar to taste the famous Cuban cocktail of the same name. The Canchánchara is considered a symbol of the city of Trinidad whose habit of consuming this drink dates back several centuries, and although the passage of time has changed the way it is drunk, it has remained in the preference of many. Visit to the Palacio Cantero Museum, where you can learn about the history of Trinidad from its foundation, through the slave trade, the splendor of the sugar industry, the struggles for independence or the crisis of the sugar industry, through documents, works of art and other objects. day 4 Trinidad, Valle de los Ingenios, the Heart of the Sugar Industry

09.00 hrs. Departure to the Valle de los Ingenios declared by UNESCO, World Heritage Site. Visit to the Mirador Valle de los Ingenios, and Manaca Iznaga where you can enjoy a delicious guarapo, this sweet and refreshing drink very authentic of Cuba that takes us into one of the main economic resources in the history of the country, sugar cane. Visit to its viewpoint and the Manaca-Iznaga Tower, where the 45 m high bell tower is preserved, which allowed the surveillance of the slaves in the sugar plantations of the colonial era. Guided tour of the ruins of the San Isidro de los Destiladeros hacienda. It dates from the 18th century and became one of the most important in the area and the country. Still visible are the remains of the main house, the bell tower, the hydraulic system, the barracks that recall the horror of slavery and the so-called Jamaican train, the maximum expression of the industrial revolution of the 19th century. Continuation of the tour to the Historic Center to visit the Casa Taller del Alfarero Daniel "Chichi" Santander, which has a rich pottery history dating back to the mid-nineteenth century, which have been passed down from generation to generation. It is an open-air space where you can see the artisans working the pottery in different stages of production, they mold from pots and vases to lamps, ashtrays or plates painted with landscapes of Trinidad. At present, the Santander family offers beautiful pieces made of fired clay that can be purchased in their workshops. At the end of the tour, return to the hotel.
