Details of the route
1st Day: VARADERO -PLAYA LARGA
- Collection of customers in Varadero.
- Departure to the pier known as Hato de Jicaritas, in this place you will take a speedboat to feel the adrenaline rush as you navigate through the vast waters of the Hatiguanico River, considered the "Amazon" of Cuba.
- Surrounded by exuberant mangroves and a diverse fauna (fish, birds, reptiles and mammals) we will navigate to the source of the river and if you wish you can take a refreshing bath in its crystalline springs.
- Lunch at a farm in the area "El Guajiro".
- Visit to a farm of reproduction of parrots, a beautifully colored bird, native to the country.
- Tour of the crocodile farm.
- Accommodation and dinner in a private hostel in Playa Larga.
- Free night for your enjoyment.
1st Day: ZAPATA PENINSULA
- Breakfast.
- Walk along the "Salinas de Brito" path for the observation of migratory and native birds.
- Continue the tour to the "Cueva de los Peces" (Fish Cave): spectacular and beautiful cenote formed by the flooding of an underground cave, time for swimming.
- Lunch and snorkeling in Caleta Buena (Bay of Pigs).
- Departure to Varadero
