In the mountainous massif of the Sierra Maestra is the Pico Real del Turquino, the highest peak in Cuba at 1974 meters above sea level. This elevation is part of the natural and historical heritage of the country. It is the ideal place to observe endemic species, both plants and animals, surrounded by lush vegetation and very pleasant temperatures that will make your climb a full and unforgettable enjoyment.

Program:

• Departure by Jeep from the hotel.
• Arrival at the information center of Las Cuevas Las Cuevas, at the base of the Turquino peak in front of the Caribbean Sea on the south coast of Santiago de Cuba.
• Breakfast (sandwich, soft drink and a small bottle of water)
• Beginning of the ascent to the Royal Peak of Turquino. Passing by the Esmajagua, Alto del Caldero, Pico Cuba. During the whole tour you will be able to appreciate the typical flora and fauna of the region, tinged by a landscape of unparalleled beauty.
• Arrival and short stay in Pico Real del Turquino.
