Description

La Fiesta Guajira combines culinary and cultural traditions, both musical and dance, with the active participation of the clients who enjoy a Cuban culinary show, a traditional dinner as if they were sitting on the stools of a guano ranchón in the middle of the countryside.

• Collection from hotels
• On arrival at the Bodeguita del Medio restaurant, you are welcomed with a welcome cocktail (Mojito or Canchánchara).
• Demonstration of the grinding of coffee in a pylon and the pouring of coffee in a cloth strainer, which you will taste. Grinding of sugar cane in the guarapera and tasting of canchánchara. Offer of natural juices.
• Roast of the pork in grill where they will be able to savor pieces of crispy skin, or the typical chicharrones de viento and the croqueticas of pork.
• Tasting of the well-known ajiaco, served in a clay bowl.
• Enjoy the Cuban culinary show, a traditional dinner.
