Cancellation Policy
• In case of cancellation up to 72 hours before the departure time of the excursion, a penalty of 10% of the excursion fare will be charged. • Regarding cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the departure time of the excursion, a penalty of 50% of the excursion fare will be applied. • Cancellations reported within 24 hours before the departure time and No-Show (no presentation at departure time), a penalty of 100% of the excursion fare will be applied. • Booking fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.

The community of Las Terrazas is located in the Sierra del Rosario, province of Artemisa, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1985. You are surrounded by evergreen forests, rivers and waterfalls with crystal clear water, fresh breezes and birds singing, a rural environment that invites you to enjoy nature tourism.
Las Terrazas Tourist Complex is located 2.4 miles north of Km. 51 of the National Highway, just 45 minutes west of Havana.
This was one of the first coffee settlements in the country in the 19th century. The history of coffee cultivation is one of the main attractions for customers at the Buenavista restaurant, built on the ruins of the coffee farm of the same name, founded by the French.
This place aims to integrate tourism with the community, an example of this is the "Fonda de las Mercedes", which facilitates the interaction of visitors with a local family and the rescue of traditional Cuban culinary culture.
