In order to improve the Hotel's services, the remodeling of the lobby area and the specialized restaurant has begun. For this reason, the service of the specialized restaurant has been transferred to El Cubanito Restaurant. Likewise, a bar was opened in the center of the swimming pool to supplement the services offered in the Lobby Bar to compensate for the closure of the lobby.
Located on the Island of Cayo Guillermo (Jardines del Rey), connected by a STONE-ROAD of 17 Km to the mainland. 104 Km from Morón town and 34 Km from the (main) international Airport of Jardines del Rey (Cayo Coco). From November 1 to December 21, 2020 and May 01 to October 31, 2021 Cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival and no show, a penalty corresponding to 50% of the total stay is applied as cancellation fees. From December 22, 2020 to January 3, 2021 Cancellations made between 15 and up to 8 days before arrival, a penalty corresponding to 50% of the total stay will be applied as cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival and no show a penalty corresponding to 100% of the total stay is applied as cancellation fees. From January 4, 2021 to April 30, 2021 Cancellations made between 7 and up to 3 days before arrival, a penalty corresponding to 50% of the total stay will be applied as cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival and no show a penalty corresponding to 100% of the total stay is applied as cancellation fees.
