Cancellation policy • If canceled up to 72 hours before the moment of the excursion, a penalty of 10% of the excursion price will be applied. • Regarding cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the excursion departure time, a penalty of 50% of the excursion fee will be applied. • Please note that cancellation within 24 hours and until the moment of the enjoyment of the excursion, and in case of no-show (no-show), 100% of the price of the excursion is discounted. • Note: administrative costs and credit card surcharges cannot be returned in case of cancellation.

Description
The Altiplano, possibly the best known park that forms part of the ecosystem of Topes de Collanres, offers multiple possibilities for enjoying nature: waterfalls, such as Vegas Grandes and the Salto del Caburní; a cave with natural pools, which can be reached by the La Batata path; the Jardín de Gigantes, an arboretum with more than 300 plant species planted in the 1940s, among which the largest mahogany trees in Cuba can be seen; the Garden of Coffee Varieties, with the main varieties grown in Cuba, very close to the Casa del Café, where you can taste the aromatic drink and appreciate 10 of the "more than 400 forms of production", as well as its history.

- Tour entering the Escambray Mountains in mountain military trucks from the city of Trinidad or the Ancon Peninsula.
- Arrival at the information center to change documents.
- Tour through the "Centinelas del Rio Melodioso" trail, with stops at the Salto del Rocio, and the Poza del Venado (time for a refreshing swim).
- Visit to the coffee house with an optional typical coffee on request.
