Cancellation Policy
• In case of cancellation up to 72 hours before the departure time of the excursion, a penalty of 10% of the excursion fare will be charged. • Regarding cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the departure time of the excursion, a penalty of 50% of the excursion fare will be applied. • Cancellations reported within 24 hours before the departure time and No-Show (no presentation at departure time), a penalty of 100% of the excursion fare will be applied. • Booking fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
"Cuban Cooking Lesson" Tour
Description:
Cuban cuisine is a mixture of Spanish, African and Caribbean cuisine, we share spices and techniques with their ways of cooking. We propose that you take an Express trip through our culture and culinary history.
For this we propose a masterful presentation with the preparation and tasting of a cocktail and several classic dishes of Cuban cuisine. The interaction between bartender, cook and client in the elaboration of their favorite cocktail and dishes allows to live a unique experience to those who arrive eager to taste the so called cocktails as the Mojito, and the typical dishes of Ropa Vieja and Arroz Congris.
Cocktail: Cuban Mojito, presentation of the drink and its origin by our bartender The assistants will follow the process and make their own cocktail (Duration 15 minutes)
Entrante: Tostones Rellenos, presentation of the dish by our cook where they will explain the origins of this delicious dish and the steps for its preparation. The participants must peel and cut the bananas, shape the toast, cut the cheese and fill it with ham. (Duration of 15 minutes)
*Main Dish**: Ropa Vieja, is one of the classics of Cuban cuisine, exquisite dish that will be elaborated following the instructions of our cook, the participants will collaborate cutting onion and pepper a la Juliana, peeling garlic, shredding the beef already cooked. The sauce will be prepared by our culinary expert.
Arroz congrí: A garnish of the previous dish, another Cuban classic, the participants will follow the process together with our cook. (Duration 1 hour)

- Once the preparations have been completed, the attendees will have lunch or dinner on the dishes that have been prepared and will be accompanied by the prepared mojito.
- The house will add vegetable salad to the Ropa vieja and congri rice.
- At the end of the lunch or dinner, the house offers a homemade dessert, a national drink and a coffee.
