Description
In the mountainous massif of the Sierra Maestra is the Pico Real del Turquino, the highest peak in Cuba with 1974 meters above sea level. This elevation is part of the natural and historical heritage of the country. It is the ideal place to observe endemic species, both plants and animals, surrounded by lush vegetation and very pleasant temperatures that will make your climb a full and unforgettable enjoyment.
Program
Day 1. -Departure by jeep from Villa Santo Domingo to Alto del Naranjo, arriving at 8:30 am after a short rest we continue our journey to Aguada del Joaquín, where we stop for a Creole lunch, camp and dinner. Arriving at approximately 5:00 pm.
2nd Day. -6:00 am Breakfast and departure to Pico Real del Turquino at 1974 masl. In this place you will be able to take pictures, videos, etc, after the rest, return to the camp of La Aguada del Joaquín with arrival approximately at 2:00 pm where you will enjoy a Creole lunch and have dinner and camp.
Day 3. - 6:00 am Breakfast and departure to Alto del Naranjo with arrival at approximately 1:00 pm, in the same place you will board the jeep to go to Villa Santo Domingo.
TIPS: • Recommended: light clothing, confortables shoes, swimwear, sunglasses, cap, solar protection and photographic camera.
