The agency Viajes Kronos, in collaboration with the Organising Committee of the XIII Cuban Congress of Anaesthesiology, Resuscitation and Pain, facilitates the online registration to participate in the Event, as well as the Travel Packages that include accommodation and transfers. In order to speed up your booking process and access preferential rates, you can use one of the following registration methods:

To process your registration through our website you will need to complete the following steps:

1. Registration by category: Registrations are personal. You must review each of the registration categories defined by the Organising Committee and choose the one you belong to and what each category includes. The registration process is independent from the purchase of the Travel Package, so it does not include accommodation, transfers and other services.

2.Registration Process: - Go to date and mark the date when the Event starts with the Pre-Congress Courses (15/10/2025); mark the number of people to register; click on Search Prices and you will be shown a summary of the registration categories and the available travel packages with their prices.

• Once you have identified the category you are registering for, click on the Book Excursion button to add it to your shopping cart. You will be shown a notification where you can complete the purchase process (View Shopping Cart) or add the Travel Package or other registrations for accompanying persons or other colleagues interested in attending the Event (Continue Shopping).
• When you have booked all the services you are interested in, click on (View Shopping Cart), you will be shown the list of your purchase, click on Checkout and you will see on screen the required data for the registration process and for the booking of the Travel Package (only for those who have selected this option).
• Personal Information: You will need to complete the details for each person you register. The data includes: Name, Surname, e-mail, etc. In the case of Medical Students and Resident Doctors, they must send by mail a letter from the Medical Educational Institution or the one where they are doing their residency, certifying their status.

3. Payment: Once your application form has been received through the website or e-mail, a payment link will be sent to your e-mail address (valid for 48 hours) for the total amount declared in your purchase. Payment is made by Visa or MasterCard credit card through a secure payment gateway. See payment conditions

4. Confirmation: After the payment is completed you will be sent via email a message confirming the services and the documents validating your participation in the event.

Payment Conditions All services associated with the event must be prepaid by online payment with Visa or Mastercard credit cards. All prices will be quoted in USD. Any changes to the registration category or travel package may alter the price. In the event of changes that result in an increase in price/rate, the amount will be due at the time of the change and will not be effective until final payment and confirmation has been received. Payment includes all services described and confirmed at the time of registration, as well as handling charges. Other additional charges such as airport taxes, parking, telephone calls and gratuities will be dealt with directly by you and the service provider.

Registration Cancellations: If you are unable to attend the event, your credit card will be refunded the registration fee minus a 20% administrative fee, as long as you inform us 7 working days prior to the start of the congress.

Cancellations of Travel Packages: Subject to the Hotel's Penalty Policy.
