day 1 HAVANA.
ARRIVAL IN HAVANA
- Havana, capital of the Republic of Cuba, its largest city, the main port, its economic-cultural center and its main tourist pole.
- On your arrival you will be welcomed at Havana's airport by a representative of the Cubania agency who will be waiting for you in the arrivals area.
- Once you have collected your luggage, you will be transferred with your group to your place of accommodation. Travel to the city (approx. 30 minutes).
- Relax and enjoy your first night in Havana.
day 2 HAVANA.
CLASSIC CAR & WALKING TOUR OF HAVANA
- Breakfast in the morning.
- We begin with a classic American car tour of the city in the 1950s.
- We will visit the affluent 1950's Miramar neighborhood, former home of Cuba's upper class prior to 1959, see sumptuous mansions and houses with swimming pools, large courtyards and other amenities, many of which are now embassies. One of the amazing buildings in the area is the imposing Russian embassy.
- We will drive through the beautiful residential district of Vedado.
- We will make a stop at the Plaza de la Revolución, scene of numerous events that have marked milestones in Cuban history.
- We will drive along the famous Malecón Avenue to the Historic Center of the City, where our walking tour of La Habana Vieja begins. -We will walk through the main places of historical interest, paved streets, the 4 foundational squares, we will see wonderful monuments, cathedrals and imposing buildings.
- Lunch at a local restaurant.
- Free time in the city.
day 3 SANTA CLARA - SANCTI SPIRITUS
SANTA CLARA
- Breakfast and departure to the city of Santa Clara, its main attraction is the Plaza de la Revolución where you can find the sculpture group dedicated to Ernesto Guevara de la Serna (Che), work of the sculptor José Delarra. In its base there is a Mausoleum, where the remains of a renowned hero have rested since 1997.
- A tour of the Museum of the Armored Train, created in memory of the events of December 29, 1958, during the Battle of Santa Clara.
- Visit to the Mausoleum of Che, located in the impressive Plaza of the Revolution of Santa Clara, a place of encounter with one of the most prominent and charismatic personalities of contemporary world history.
- After visiting Santa Clara, we continue to Sancti Spíritus one of the first seven villas founded at the beginning of the 16th century by the Spanish in 1514, it has one of the most beautiful representative sets of the colonial architecture of the country, and great historical attractions.

day 4 GIBARA
GIBARA
- Breakfast and departure to Gibara, a port enclave, also known as La Villa Blanca, a site that in the 19th century was the main access by sea to the entire northern area of eastern Cuba and has one of the most significant colonial architectural complexes in the province. At present, it is famous for its Film Festival.
- During the journey, we will go through agricultural towns and sugar cane plantations, learning about the importance of sugar in Cuba's history.
- We will have lunch in Camagüey, the fourth largest city in Cuba.
- In the afternoon we arrive at our destination.
- Accommodation and free night for your enjoyment.
day 5 CAYO SAETIA
BIRAN - CAYO SAETÍA
- Breakfast and departure to Birán, a small town within the municipality of Cueto, in the province of Holguín, in the east of the island of Cuba. It is known for being the birthplace of Fidel and Raul Castro.
- Visit to the family house turned today into a museum, place of obliged visit if one wants to know mas of the history of Cuba.
- Departure to Cayo Saetía, a former hunting reserve that became a favorite spot for revolutionary leaders to snorkel and relax. It is an area of great beauty, determined by a variety of plants, animals and rocks.
- Time to have lunch and spend the afternoon on the beach.
day 6 BARACOA
BARACOA
- Breakfast and departure to Baracoa, Cuba's oldest city because it was the first one founded by the Spanish on the island in 1512.
- Stop at Alejandro Humboldt National Park for a walk. This National Park is considered the largest biosphere reserve in the Antilles
- Lunch in Playa Maguana and we continue towards our destination: Baracoa, today called the First City of Cuba, City Landscape, City of the Waters and City of the Mountains; it is wrapped in mountainous massifs, adorned by a rigorous vegetation of virgin forests, full of endemic flora and fauna, with crystalline rivers and beaches surrounded by coves, almond and coconut trees, which makes it possess a distinctive seal. This area is famous for the cultivation of cocoa and the production of chocolate.
- We arrive in the late afternoon and if you wish you can explore the town before checking into our hotel.
day 7 BARACOA
BARACOA
- Breakfast
- In the morning we take a boat trip on the Toa River followed by a short walk where you will contemplate the richness of the flora and fauna that surrounds Baracoa.
- Afternoon is free to explore the town or visit the beach.
- If you wish we can organize a walk to explore the mountain "El Yunque" which will fill the whole day.
day 8 SANTIAGO DE CUBA.
SANTIAGO DE CUBA
- We had breakfast and left Baracoa for the Hero City: Santiago de Cuba, known as the "city of heroes", a title granted by the contribution of its people to the libertarian deeds of the Cubans. Due to its exceptional geographical conditions, it was, after Baracoa, the second capital of Cuba until 1556, when San Cristóbal de La Habana was designated as the capital. Santiago de Cuba is an exceptional city, in which multiple values and attractions are combined, allowing the visitor to get in touch with the idiosyncrasy of its people, the culture and history of the place; while enjoying the exotic nature.
- Upon arrival, visit El Morro Castle, and then take a night walk through the colonial heart of the city.
day 9 SANTIAGO DE CUBA.
EXPLORE SANTIAGO DE CUBA THEN ON TO SIERRA MAESTRA
- Breakfast and departure to the Santa Ifigenia cemetery, where the remains of important figures in Cuban history rest, including the Cuban National Hero, José Martí, Carlos Manuel de céspedes, Antonio Maceo and the historic leader of the Cuban revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz.
- Visit to the Moncada Barracks, the Cuban military barracks that went down in history after the assault of a group of young men led by Fidel Castro who were aiming to take over the barracks and then head to the hills of Santiago de Cuba to begin the fight against Fulgencio Batista's dictatorship. It currently houses the 26 de Julio School City.
- We leave the city behind and head towards the Sierra Maestra, stopping at the Copper Sanctuary, the most sacred pilgrimage site in Cuba.
- We arrive at Villa Santo Domingo in the early afternoon where we will stay.
day 10 SANTIAGO DE CUBA- CAMAGÜEY
PARQUE NACIONAL SIERRA MAESTRA- CAMAGÜEY
-Breakfast and departure to the Sierra Maestra National Park, a spectacular national park within Cuba's highest mountain range. It constitutes a Special Region of Sustainable Development that contains the national parks Desembarco del Granma, Turquino and La Bayamesa, in addition to several other protected areas of local significance. During more than one hundred years of liberating struggle, it witnessed historical facts, events and processes that, because of their political and revolutionary significance, deserve to be remembered by preserving the sites where they occurred. This place is the La Plata Command, the secret mountain hideout from which Fidel Castro and Che Guevara planned the revolutionary war in the 1950s. - We will take a walk to the revolutionary base and if you wish you can take a refreshing bath in the crystal clear waters of the Yara River. - Time for lunch and at the end we leave for Camagüey. - Free night in Camagüey for your enjoyment.
day 11 CAMAGÜEY- TRINIDAD
EXPLORE CAMAGÜEY AND FOLLOW TRINIDAD

- A tour of the city of Camagüey, known as the city of the tinajones, is a city full of traditions and culture, with a perfectly preserved historic and colonial center that has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2008. It was founded in 1515 by Diego Velázquez, is famous for the interweaving of its streets and alleys, its system of squares and squares and the complex of religious buildings, the largest in Cuba.
- Then we will travel to Trinidad, one of the most beautiful, historic and best preserved cities in Cuba was one of the first Villas founded by the Spanish and declared by UNESCO Cultural Heritage of Humanity. day 12 TRINIDAD.
FULL DAY IN TRINIDAD
Free day for your enjoyment, explore the city of Trinidad and its surroundings. Our recommendations are:
- Visit the Valley of the Sugar Mills and take a trip on the steam train that runs through it.
- Many places organize horseback riding tours. The best one is led by Julio Muñoz who guarantees tame and well cared for horses (he is a horse whisperer) and provides good quality saddles and helmets for everyone.
- Excursion to Topes de Collantes, a very beautiful place, where you can enjoy Cuban nature in its purest form and enjoy guided walks around the place.
- Take the day trip by catamaran to an uninhabited island.
- Or simply relax on the beach, located only 12 km from the city center.
day 13 CIENFUEGOS - CALETA BUENA-HABANA
TO HAVANA VIA CIENFUEGOS AND THE BAY OF PIGS
- Breakfast and departure to Cienfuegos to tour the city, founded in 1819 by the French in Latin America under the Spanish crown, a city of parks, theaters, churches, a beautiful Paseo del Prado, a boardwalk that borders the beautiful bay of Jagua and a thriving culture, you can also enjoy the beauty of the sea and nature surrounding the city.
- We continue our trip and make a stop in Caleta Buena, in this place we will have lunch and take a bath in its natural pool of transparent waters where fish of multiple colors can be appreciated.
- We continue along the south coast enjoying the beautiful Caribbean Sea until we reach Havana.

day 14 HAVANA or VIÑALES
ENJOY A DAY OFF IN HAVANA OR A TRIP TO VIÑALES
HAVANA: Breakfast. Visit different museums of great attraction in the city, our proposals are Museum of the Revolution, located in the old Presidential Palace. In this place is the "Granma", the yacht used by Fidel and his revolutionaries to sail from Mexico to Cuba in 1956. Museum of Fine Arts, houses an interesting collection of Cuban art. Hemingway Museum located in Finca Vigía, a beautiful property that was Hemingway's home until his death. Visit the San José Warehouses, the largest handicraft market in the city, where you can buy souvenirs of your trip to Cuba
Optional one-day trip to Viñales: Ideal place to contemplate and admire the beauty of the Cuban landscape It is located in a small rural town in the province of Pinar del Río, is known for having the best tobacco plantations in the world and the largest cave system in Cuba. Declared in 1999 by the UNESCO World Heritage Site, in the category of Cultural Landscape. Lunch is included.
In the evening if you wish you can enjoy an optional excursion to the famous Tropicana Night Club in Havana.
day 15 HAVANA.
Day of departure
- Free morning at your disposal, you can make some final explorations of old Havana or some last minute souvenir shopping
- End of our program.
- Afternoon transfer (30-40 minutes aprox.) to Havana airport in time for check-in 3 hours before departure.
