"Between Guarapos and Parranda" Tour

The third settlement on the island, the colonial jewel of Trinidad is today one of the best preserved cities in the Caribbean and the second in Cuba to win a title on the UNESCO heritage list after Havana. After Hernán Cortés set sail from here to discover Mexico, the city became incredibly rich through the sugar trade and the exploitation of slave labor in the sugar cane mills of the Valle de los Ingenios.

Program:
