If the provider decides to cancel, for reasons of force majeure or bad weather conditions, the Agency will offer you an alternative excursion or will fully reimburse the cost of your excursion.

Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is made up to 72 hours prior to the time of enjoyment of the excursion, a penalty of 10% of the excursion price will be applied.
- For cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours prior to the excursion departure time, a penalty of 50% of the excursion fee will be applied.
- Please note that cancellation within 24 hours and up to the time of enjoyment of the excursion, and in case of no-show, 100% of the excursion price will be deducted.
- Note: no administrative costs or credit card fees can be refunded in case of cancellation.

- Departure from Hotel Iberostar Trinidad.
- Walk and explanation of the emblematic buildings of the place (Parque Céspedes, Municipal Government, Hotel Iberostar Trinidad).
- Enjoy a welcome cocktail at the Vista Gourmet restaurant.
- Night tour of the historic center.
- Next stop at the Segarte Ruins with welcome cocktail.
- We continue to the Casa de la Trova and the Escalinatas de la Casa de la Música, places close to the Plaza Mayor, where you can listen to traditional Cuban music.
- We will visit the emblematic bar of the city La Canchánchara where we will have the opportunity to enjoy the typical cocktail of Trinidad.
- The tour ends at the Rincón de la Salsa where you can enjoy a welcome cocktail and listen to good Cuban music and dance salsa.
