- This excursion operates with no minimum number of passengers. The Agency will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your excursion. If the provider decides to cancel, due to force majeure or bad weather conditions, the Agency will offer you an alternative excursion or will fully reimburse the cost of your excursion.
- Once the reservation is made you will receive in your email address the voucher with the information you have chosen. If you can, print the voucher to present it to your tour guide.
- Our service is collective, it is a guide service for a group of clients.
- Our bicycles are in excellent technical condition.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is made up to 72 hours before the time of enjoyment of the tour, a penalty of 10% of the tour price will be applied.
- For cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours prior to the departure time of the tour, a penalty of 50% of the tour fee will be applied.
- Please note that cancellation within 24 hours and up to the time of enjoyment of the excursion, and in case of no-show, 100% of the excursion price will be deducted.
- Note: administrative costs and credit card fees cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
“Cycling the Viñales” Tour
Our proposal is to explore in a different way the Viñales Valley, for this we offer you our bicycles so you can ride through farms, beautiful landscapes, hills and the pleasant adventure of descending on an irregular and steep terrain. Enjoy the experience of riding through a unique landscape, where you will be actively interacting all our senses.
What we include

- Entrance fee to the sites visited.
- Bottle of water (500ml) at the beginning of the excursion.
- Box lunch with a liquid at the end of the tour.
Optional
- If you wish, you can experience the adrenaline that you feel sliding down steel cables for 1100 meters long in the Canopy tour of Viñales, located in "Loma del Fortin" just 5 km from town. This activity does not require previous skill or experience and is professionally supervised.
TIPS: - We recommend: light clothing, sunglasses, bathing suit, caps or hats, tennis shoes, sandals or comfortable shoes, sunscreen and camera.
